We are looking an experienced Shared Service Centre Team Leader for our client in Prague. Candidates must have a proven track record of leading international teams in a financial environment.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of a small finance team
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Take responsibility for the hiring of new team members
Maintain a high standard of service quality control
Ensure that both individual and team KPIs are acheived
Advanced English is the only language required
Two years of Team Lead or supervisory experience in a SSC environment
The ability to help create and maintain a successful team atmosphere
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
