Customer Service with French, German, or Romanian Full Time

We are looking for experienced customer service agents for an international client in the heart of Prague.

Responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries by phone, email, and web chat
Advising customers on a range of products
Aiding customers with their online purchases
Build a portfolio of repeat customers
Inbound enquiries only – no cold calling!

Requirements:

Level C1 English and either German, French, or Romanian, both spoken and written
Previous customer service experience within a service sector
The ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Good MS Office experience
