Office Administrator
Overview
We are looking for a business administration graduate, or someone with one-years’ experience in an administration position, to join a growing company in Prague.
Responsibilities
Be the key person to provide administrative support for HR and the Managing Director
Work with the building manager to ensure smooth-running facility management
Provide support for all employees regarding HR issues such as attendance and benefits
Liaise and source third-party suppliers for various office supplies and services
Help with ad-hoc translations of key documents from Czech to English
Play a key role in organising company events, and scheduling meeting facilities
Requirements
Native Czech and fluent business English is essential
Previous work experience is not essential but an academic background in administration would be preferable
The ability, desire, and organisational skills to work independently are a must
Proficiency in MS Office is required
A keen eye for detail, and the desire to keep accurate records
